You bring the chaos. StudyGoblin handles it.
Paste a messy list of homework, tests and deadlines. StudyGoblin turns it into tasks with dates you can check, then tells you what to do next.
Open the appFree. No account. iPhone app coming soon.
Try it on your own mess
This runs in your browser. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere.
What it does for you
Reads the mess
Paste a teacher email, a group chat or a list. It finds the tasks, the class, the type of work and the date, even from words like “Thursday” or “tmrw”.
Asks instead of guessing
If it is not sure, like “next Friday” or “end of the month”, it leaves the date empty and asks you. Dates it worked out from your wording are marked so you can check them.
Keeps deadlines and study time apart
The calendar shows classes, tests, due dates and the study sessions you plan. Moving a study session never changes a deadline.
How it works
- Paste anythingHomework, announcements, a list you typed on the bus.
- Check what it foundFix a title, a date or a class, then save. Repeats are skipped for you.
- Do the next thingGoblin’s pick tells you what to work on and why, based on your dates and the time you have.
Your homework is your business
StudyGoblin does not need to know who you are. Here is exactly what that means.
- No account, no real name, no school.
- Your tasks, classes and notes are saved on your device.
- No ads and no tracking, in the app or on this page.
- Assignments are read on your device by default.
- The optional AI helper only runs if you tap it, and it asks first. If you use it, the text you choose is sent to an AI service to be read.
- Export or delete everything from Settings whenever you want.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Everything described on this page is free today. There is no paid plan and no ads.
Do I need an account?
No. Open it and start. There is nothing to sign up for.
Is there an iPhone app?
It is in progress and not in the App Store yet. The web version works in any browser, including on a phone.
Can it read photos or PDFs?
Not yet. For now you paste or type the text.
Does it get everything right?
No, and it does not pretend to. It shows you what it found before anything is saved, and asks about dates it cannot work out. Long, rambling messages are the hardest for it.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser or on your phone. Clearing your browser data or deleting the app removes it, so use Export in Settings if you want a backup.
Paste your first list and see.
Open the appIt takes about a minute.
